"Trendy bistro style restaurant in Loule. For some reason google maps takes you to the wrong place, a lawyers office on a corner about 30 metres away, so you need to cross the road and continue on to get to it. Siri also tells you that the restaurant is expensive which it is not! 6.95 euros at lunch time for a house burger, chips and a drink is very reasonable, so I have no idea how Siri makes that judgement. The menu is small, compared to a nearby burger place, but the burgers are good, although we would have prefered to have had them in a different type of roll as the ones they use are too sweet. The chips are outstanding, really good We didnt find the staff particularly friendly or welcoming, as they practically ignored us when we arrived. We were amazed to find that one of them was actually the owner. They also have hot dogs and toasties on offer. A nice place for an inexpensive lunch."

"We had the most lovely experience this evening! The staff are so attentive and friendly! The food was absolutely incredible, would 100% recommend the monkfish gratin on of the nicest meals I’ve had! We are a family that love to have a little of “pick and mix” or “share of meals” and wouldn’t fault anything anybody got! Devine. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family! enjoy your visit!!"

"Stopped here as in a pleasant square just a few meters from the main part of the old town, having walked from the Saturday market (which isn’t worth it by the way! . there is an ATM just outside the cafe. Service so slow that we thought you had to go inside the bar. They sent us and others dying for a drink back outside. Several tables gave up and went away. We stayed the course but again not worth it!"
