"So far the best in terms of quality of meat and side dishes. -1 bec of service lang, they don't serve beef unless you ask for it. And they only give you 1 small bottle of water to drink."

"...i was pleasantly surprised on they expanded the place by simply tearing down what once was a wall that hid their kitchen, the roomier space made a lot of difference especially given the nature (and smell) of most Korean restaurants
the flavors and prices of their offerings are appropriate and won't break one's wallet, if you're in the area and up for some Korean, Seoul is worth a visit"

"Yoree Korean Dining is one of my favorite restaurants in Korea. We always go to the BGC branch.
Each table has a charcoal grill so everything is freshly cooked and hot.

My husband, my children and I each ordered the Lunch B course, which costs P898 per person, at least 2 orders. It's an 8-course lunch that starts with juk, a Korean congee, and 3 starters. Juk is a bit like congee, but finer. The 3 starters consisted of cucumber, kimchi and muchim. But they gave us 4 starters one of which was sweet savory eggplant.

Then we each got gyeranjjim, a light and super fluffy steamed egg that was served in a hot stone bowl. It is exquisite! It's a great accompaniment to all of the tasty dishes that would follow.

We all had a serving of Haemul Japchae (Seafood Japchae). Very tasty and cooked in parchment paper ... I don't know how that affects the taste but it certainly adds to the presentation points. You don't skimp on seafood.

Then we had Yangneom Galbi, marinated USDA prime short rib, served with prawns. According to the menu there is octopus but beef and shrimp were all we got.

One thing I love about Yoree is that the quality of the meat is always top notch. The beef we had was no exception - extremely tender, flavorful, and simply delicious.

We also had Chadol Duinjang Jjigae, a USDA beef tenderloin, tofu, and vegetable stew in a hot pot. It's a spicy soup that is to Koreans what Sinigang is to Filipinos (but it's not spicy). My husband and kids thought it was too spicy, but I just thought it was okay.

We were supposed to be getting mul naengmyon, or buckwheat noodles with beef broth, but it wasn't available so they replaced it with bibimbap. Neither of us has anything against it, because Yorees bibimbap is super tasty. Also, I think a rice dish like bibimbap goes better with grilled meat than pasta.

Our last hearty dish was samgyeopsal, pork belly. You will be served fried kimchi. Again really first class meat. I should mention that you can have unlimited green salads with your meal.

The last course is dessert and we all have patbingsu. The milky shaved ice is so fine that it has a powdery texture. It is topped with sweet ripe mango cubes, red bean paste, and candied walnuts. It's sooo good. Deliciously milky with a hint of sweetness, tartness and crunch.

My husband, the kids, and I all agree that Yoree Korean Dining is one of the best places to get Korean food here in Metro Manila. While it is way more expensive than the usual Korean BBQ buffets, there is no comparison when it comes to food quality. You get nothing less than premium meat when you dine at the Yoree. They serve all Korean dishes to boot. Some of the cheap places mix non-Korean dishes into their menus and spreads. No short cuts here.

The service is nice and efficient. They grill and cut the meat for you. All you have to do is get involved! It doesn't get as smoky as most other places either. While your clothes inevitably have the very slight smell of crickets, they won't be overwhelming. Ordering menus is the way to go as it is more economical and you can try more dishes."

"We were here because we saw in a lot of show celebrities eating gopchang at naglaway talaga kami. so hanap kami ni jowabels ng resto, which serves gopchang. the Korean owners were even astonished that we ordered this court and they are nice rin. they love the court siguro sobrang spicy long niya too, but we loved our stay here. sana may improve pa tho sa service."

"I love the banchan here. Not sure whether it was refillable (because no one refills, but fair I did not ask.) I had the sundubu chigge, which is a spicy soft tofu and clams and it was amazing! the application comes with a portion rice, but the pot was huge and it could easily be divided. spice level was tolerable, even for someone like me with medium tolerance. service was also good. whatever if they want something warm and tasty after a long day."
