"My family and I come here all the time and we love it! the location is great, and the terrace outside is our home base. a well shaded terrace, overhead fans and comfortable couches outside provide a great, relaxed time. not even mention the loaded kartoffel balls. family favorites!"

"This review is about our recent visit to this special chili’s on stapley dr, not necessarily a general opinion of all chili’s everywhere. there were a few couple standing outside (where there are no benches! So we knew there would be a wait before we ever got in. what we did not expect is to be pointed out. on a Friday night there was a lot more empty tables, so we thought maybe someone called and they were on a server. we give everyone the advantage of the doubt. they said it was 15 to 20 minutes. Okay, great, except that 20 minutes came and went twice before we finally asked to sit on one of the many empty tables. that was good, nothing of it made me take a photo. The service was just barely okay. we never got beverage refills, so that was lame. the kioske didn't work with codes, but the manager could put our free chips salsa in, so that was good. it was family day night and we had a nice time together, which is why we left anyway. we chose chili in this night and made the best of it. the extreme slowness gave us first a damper in the evening, but if we were fed, we could relax and have fun. the dinner service should not take two hours. I said at the beginning that this review was only about this one, but about most of our trips to Chile, in arizona, utah, California, Texas, and florida. Yes, it always seems something that would lead me to a 3 star review. we're leaving anyway. chili is a decent place, sometimes better, sometimes not. Oh, good. the same with that. child-friendly: children are always welcome at chili. they have a child menu, but be careful with it. it is on the expensive side and much is wasted. make sure that their children really like what they order or they pay to eat at home that will never be eaten."

"Absolutely not. Had to pay extra for the cut of meat I got. Burnt ends are mainly gristle. Chicken is dry. The best thing was the dinner roll. The lady at the counter was really sweet and attentive but lawd the food is horrible. I'm mad at myself for trying itFood: 1/5"

"Bringed by a cook friend here - the food was great! Mapo Tofu was buttery soft, funny handmade noodle in garlic dipauce, all the paprika in the cabbage rolls. The portions were perfect the atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy stylish. Thank you to our friends for introducing us - thank you for the restaurant for this great home style specialties!
