"This place though a bit expensive, is a great family time, date, rainy day pass time. I have been here on a few occasions and it's best to make a reservation on the weekend or for a big group. It's also a great party celebration spot. It does become quite difficult to keep track of where your balls go when there are 100 people also shooting. Not in the mood to play? Well there is a full bar inside with restaurant style dining. You can catch any and all games on their TVs. Overall my experience has been great. Their cheese curds are delicious. Their beers are cold and there service is a little subpar. But I'll excuse it due to the high traffic times that I've visited. Hope you check them out. #thankmelater"

"TERRIBLE!!!!. Worst Pollo tropical ever. I ordered online my food was NOT READY when postmate said it was ready to be picked up. Stood there waiting 30 minutes asking 3 same employees over over where is my order. As I waited I noticed workers hiding eating on the job. Workers moving SLLOOOWWWW all have a attitude. Chicken rice were dry . Items where missing. This is my 2nd time visiting this location it was worst than the 1st time. I will NEVER come to this location again. Trash food service ?"

"The worsttttttttttttt food I’ve ever had in my life!!!!! I can not believe the club of its caliber, is even serving food as horrible as we had. My wife and I visited on 1/17/2022. Cover was $30 each, parking was $20. So before we even walked in $80, cool no problem. I even tipped the host at door $20 extra. We expected the food to be top notch, since the atmosphere looked enjoyable. We paid $40 for lamb chops and shrimp entree, $20 for Shrimp Alfredo. They BOTH were HORRIBLE! And that’s an understatement. The food was so bland, no season whatsoever. The mash potatoes were instant and no seasoning whatsoever. The broccoli was undone and extremely bland. The lamb chops weren’t done on this inside at all and were burnt extremely bad on the outside. The Alfredo sauce was horrrrrrible and bland! Only thing that was decent was the SHRIMP. They absolutely need to hire a chef!!!!!!!!!!"
