"We were not yet at the new paseo, went for a bday celebration and it was the best surprise of all time! we sat in the bar (we had a dog with us. we were the only ones sitting in there. it was just so perfect because we jamaika, the bartender, chat with and watch that they were amazing drinks.! among us, some had forelle (because it was the best they ever had, the tasty (not really...not just ordinary tasty bun, the burger (again, the best they ever had, and I had a combination of duck confits and the brussel so spout. we had the rolls (and this butter. omg the star! with the oysters rockefeller to start both amazing. to dessert the pear galaxy and the cheese varieties. the galette, while not really shaped like a galette, it was so sublime had the most subtle Bourbon sweets with the addition of thyme...sounds strange, but it was amazing and the cheese were so good. I'd like to go there every night if I could. only the best experience in the whole environment!"
