"Need some lunch? Camp 4. Date night? Camp 4. Private party? Camp 4. Camp 4 is my absolute favorite restaurant in Modesto. I make sure to bring everyone here or recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot. They are located off Kansas on 10th street. The parking lot is small and typically full but don't let that intimidate you, you can find some street parking around the corner. I recommend making a reservation through resy. Weekends get busy and they don't require a card down when you make it, so might as well! The space is stunning. The front half of the restaurant is dark and cozy. They have a host stand with a small merch table upon entering. There's a combination of high and low top tables, the gorgeous bar top featuring all their wine, and you can also see the kitchen busting out plates of food. I would say the back half of the restaurant is designed more for larger parties. They use this space for private events and game night on Thursdays (they serve up pizza these nights! . Definitely take advantage of the good looking patio on warmer days. From the salads to paninis and everything in between, everything is simple and delicious. These are my must get menu items: spicy poke, smoked whipped feta, bruschetta add burrata, froze (summer time special , and the chocolate panini. The staff is always so knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. They really understand wine pairings and that is helpful for non-wine drinkers like me. Put Camp 4 on the top of your list if you're ever in the 209!"

"The people are wonderful and I love the room we were in. beautiful weinregal to the deck. white lights hanging. I love the ambiente. we had amazing service. very personal. beware to the bartender. she made us great drinks. that was delicious. try the lemon peel there. so delicious. they are known for their appetizer with the braut and garlic. with corbread. it was incredible....We'll be back."

"My sister and I ate here soon after they opened because we had enjoyed the vegan doughnut shop that was there previously. My sister is not dairy free or plant based or vegan but I am plant based, so I was nervous to try a cheesecake that wasn’t with cow’s milk, but wow! It did NOT disappoint! She’s always been a cheesecake lover, I was not but my mind had changed! It was delicious! The food we ate was good, nothing spectacular but it was good and would return again. They have a variety of vegan cuisines!"

"My wife and i stopped in for lunch, and we were impressed. The french dip sandwich and au jus was delicious and the highlight of the meal. the brisket was incredibly tender and the beef tallow fries are next level crispy and puts all other fries to shame. We will for sure be coming back as regulars."
