"Great location with very friendly service. Team members are always very helpful and accommodating when they can be. There have been several occasions over the last few years where mobile orders take much longer than the estimated time given on the app. I've occasionally had to wait more than 20 minutes for a single drink. Sometimes there are also discrepancies between what's available in-store and what the mobile app says is available. This location is our family's go-to Starbucks in Morgan Hill. Still out favorite store in Morgan Hill!"

"I was there this morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. The staff explained the breakfast menu, the coffee selection, encouraged me to taste the coffee, helped me to decide between a mocha and a coffee, kept me informed about how long it would be until I got my food, and more. You seem to do their best to make sure you get the most out of your visit. The place is clean and beautiful. Breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese on a bagel) I got better than fast food, but maybe not as stellar as a place you would imagine sitting down and eating breakfast. The coffee is good and the mochas are made with Ghirardelli chocolate. I think they could be able to improve their food selection, but they have good looking salads and parfaits, so there is. I'm going back. It's nice to have a new place in downtown that tries to be successful. Hopefully they keep the good work up."

"Review during the pandemic: They have a booth available right at the door so that customers aren't going in and out of the shop. Unfortunately, there was no hand sanitizer at the booth. I ordered a medium sized latte with oats milk (my go to at any coffee shop). It took less than 5 mins to get my drink didn't have to wait too long even though there was a line, so that was a plus. The drink itself was mediocre. The employee had told me their lattes have two shots of espresso, but it lacked any coffee flavor and was pretty overpowered by the oats milk. The latte was pretty forgettable and not the best part of my trip at this quaint town."
