"Let me start off by saying my server, Kelsey was amazing. She was absolutely not the problem. However, what I will say is that NEVER in my 29 years of life have I ever felt the need to leave a review after eating out. But this was unbelievable. Where do I even begin?? We had a 4:15 reservation. The restaurant was basically empty, Adam (the host or manager who knows) was so unapproachable. He sat us at a table 3ft away from his host stand, 6in away from the front door, in a totally separated completely empty room. When we had asked to move, the manager was ready to help us. Instead, as we were in the process of moving, Adam yelled for the manager as we walked by and said “yeah let’s not do that” So, as we could see he was very visibly frustrated with us asking to move, we sucked it up said can u at least move us a little bit away from the door?? He said yeah that’s no problem. Guess where we moved?? The table over.My entire Valentine’s Day dinner was basically had with the hosts, and the servers. We were basically sat in the server station. They even ate with us! It was to the point that I knew to “86 the oodie” “the restaurant is fully booked starting at 530” “one of the servers is a total catch” the list goes on…Now let’s not mention the NUMEROUS people who came in after us (walks ins not reservations) were all sat in the regular dining area while we still sat totally secluded. Not to mention, Adam told the walk-ins “you need to eat in less than an hr, I need u out by 530” but WE HAD A RESERVATION so they can sit where everyone else was, but it was a problem when we asked???We were freezing the entire time from being so close to the door, the food was less than mediocre, i have NEVER felt more uncomfortable in a restaurant before in my life.From sitting in the server station, the attitudes, the multiple eyes staring at us as we ate, the uncomfortableness, it was awful.I had to continuously keep making jokes about it because of how flabbergasted I was. I couldn’t believe this was the relaxing valentine’s day dinner I had planned lolthe picture attached is actually the only time there was only 5 ppl standing near us. Every other time there were several more.Bottom line, this was easily the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. I guess Cisco can only pull it together in the summer."
