"Server was amazing. My burger was cold, my zucchini fries were cold. They charged an extra 1.49 for the zucchini fries, which is not a big deal. Most of the sides are endless. Free drink refills."

"Let me begin by admitting that I am a hot wing fanatic. That being said, these wings were not good. They were cooked to the point of almost being burnt. Even the sauce was tasteless and bland. Coupled with the fact that they were extremely expensive, these dry boring wings weren't even worth finishing. I threw most of them in the trash and chalked it up to a lesson learned. This place won't get a second chance."

"Not as bad as the other one in town, but still not good. Wendy's newest commitment to hot and crispy fries doesn't exist in Newport News apparently. Fries were lukewarm and not fresh, the oil wasn't clean either. You know when the oil stains the food that it's passed when it should have been changed. Food quality was meh, I got nuggets and they weren't old but they weren't remotely fresh either. The service wasn't particularly friendly, and I personally won't be returning."

"Came here with my wife Sunday afternoon to have a quick beer and food while football was on. Overall it was a very mediocre experience. Sitting at the bar, it took at least 10 minutes for someone to come over and get our drink order even while I was trying to get their attention, and after the initial drink/food order the bartender did not come back over except to deliver the check when we asked a passing server. As for the food and drinks themselves, the Philly cheese steak I had was fairly good and my wife's burger wasn't bad either, however both beers i had were pretty flat.Maybe regulars have a better experience, but we won't be returning."
