"Great selection of games and great welcoming atmosphere. The chai latte I had was SO good best I've had in quite a while. We parked in the parking garage right across the street and the cafe validated parking up to 3 hours free."

"I've been to this restaurant about 7-8 times prior and during the pandemic. The pizza, burger, salad and other menu items from this place is pretty good and reasonably priced. The cooks are on point and the former cashier bartender was great at her job. However, I am concerned about this business survival during the pandemic and main contributor of their downfall might be Pico's own fault. Things appears to be going downhill since the old cashier bartender left. For starters, the safety protocols for COVID-19 is suspect at best since none of the employees any sort of wear facial covering or masks. The bartender cashier handle beverages, food packaging without masks, gloves or even bother to wash her hands. Several times I've been to this place recently and the bartender cashier was not present to take my order. Plus, the emptiness of this spot and poor choice of loud, profane music is a turnoff. It is truly sad and unfortunate."

"I had the coconut milk tea with boba. It was amazing! I've had bubble tea from several other locations, some in Omaha and some not and I usually stick to just a bubble tea not the milk, but when I saw the coconut option I had to try it! Coconut anything is my favorite and it did not disapoint! I will be going back as often as I can for my new favorite drink!"
