"We stopped in for dinner. We waited 10 minutes to be told there is a 10 to 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later we were told it's going to be another 20 minute wait. Over half the tables were unoccupied and less than half of those unoccupied tables were clean. I don't know what they're facing as far as staffing issues, but it sounded like the kitchen was behind on some take out orders? I know of the 15 some odd groups that came in and then left because of that wait time... that is the number one reason why wait staff leave for more stable employment. At least $150 in tips walked out the door. We went to another restaurant and tipped 40%, and then missed our movie. We feel so sorry for the staff at Applebee's and what they lost for potential customers, but are even more disappointed in the lack of communication."

"OMG her fried chicken sandwich is BETTER as KFC, Popeyes and Hardees!! The meat was sooo good and super fat and juicy!! I was super surprised! And the store and the bathrooms were very clean. And the staff was very nice!! We will come back"
