"From outside the space looked empty, would suggest to empty the windows. but when we went up, they found us a table, even though we had not booked. the waitress was very attentive and even asked if the wein would be poured. refreshing to provide a good service in oxford especially from a restaurant chain."

"We went for lunch at the beautiful Italian restaurant of oxford, which is a few steps from the street corn market. the decoration is beautiful, with old copper pots hanging, old framed photos. But the person who attended us was the worst. First he was in a hurry, but at the same time it took us 2 hours to eat a plate and a coffee! the place had two rooms, he told us that we had to sit on the first one, and we were placed under the air conditioning exit. He made a comment, man, that's what happens to me, because I was cold in the air. Then my pizza was ready, and she spent several times in front without bringing it. I had to eat it warm. In the end, these chains depend a lot on the person who cares about you, and in this case the experience was bad. account 15 pounds for a full menu, there are offers between week."

"Booked theatre on Good Friday and, thinking it would be quiet, did not book a table and found most restaurants full. Zizzi found me a table and by the time I had worked out the speedy booking from bar Bose, lovely waiter had taken my...order. Services was more than acceptable but the choice of cannelloni stuffed with crab and ricotta was not. I needed a sharp knife to cut through the cannelloni which was burning hot. Whilst waiting to be able to put it in my mouth I more or less are the mixed leaf salad with Caesar dressing which I enjoyed. Back to the main item and either the pasta had not been cooked or it was over cooked but it was like chewing plastic and the stuffing was coarse and virtually tasteless. Not having eaten and curtain up time approaching, I ate three quarters of it but did point it out to the waitress my thoughts on the pasta and suggested she try what I had left. She didn’t but did say you saw what I meant!! Sorry guys but not acceptable and not cheap …."
