"Visited on 4/27/2023 7:00pm. There were people waiting in the lobby for their orders and one lady at the counter. There were 3 employees 2 boys and 1 young lady. One boy took the order of the lady at the counter than just stood around and not helping fill the orders. The other boy and lady were making an order. The boy at the counter looked around and said he wasn't waiting on anyone else and he walked in the back to take a break. The other boy finished the order he was on and said he was taking a break too, and both boys walked out leaving the lady to finish the orders already placed and wait on me and others who came in behind me. Took 30 mins to get 2 ice creams. Never did see the 2 boys come back out. The lady was apologizing as she hurried to fill orders and wait on customers. Sad that the 2 boys are getting paid to act like self entitled children. Probably will not visit again. Hard to get good help."
