"Had the Ribeye Steak. They asked for no potato and offered to double the vegetables. Steak was just as I asked. Soup was super tasteful. Great service. Iced tea was a bit bitter for my taste. The outside seats above the river were beautiful. Full bar available. If you leave, you should be there for at least one hour."

"My whole family LOVES eats at 3 bears! The owner is wonderful, and always offers great recommendations for food that I can eat with my soy allergy. You have a small free library and my toddler loves to read all children's books while we wait for our order to be prepared. Staff are so friendly and the desserts also look delicious!"

"My kids demanded I drive across NY from Vermont on our way home to Ottawa to stop at Scoops for waffle cones with strawberry and chocolate. They loved it! Happy kids makes for an easy drive. They were also kind enough to verify that the hard ice cream at the time has no carageenan, so no headaches for me, awesome!"
