"The spirits and cocktails are without a doubt some of the best that Rochester has to offer. My favorite by far was the Cask Strength Bourbon so I bought a bottle. I 'm sure it won 't be my last. I love bourbon but I 'm no connoisseur so any attempt at a review would not do it justice. I 'd always seen the Bespoke Bourbon Cream on the shelves of my local Buffalo liquor stores so it was fun to actually get into the tasting room and see what else I might have been missing.The tasting room itself is cozy and warm. It 's a great place to visit in the cold months and I 'm interested see if the appeal is still there in the warmer months. The rear wall of windows gave a nice wide view of the distilling room housed in the back of the building and it looked like the tour group (private party? inside was having a good time. There was quite an extensive collection of merchandise on the shelves below the windows so you can bet you 'll find something you 'll like if you 're interested (my personal favorite is the branded flannel shirts .I don 't know that I found a single cocktail on that menu that didn 't have some sort of appeal to me. Choosing just a couple of them was a difficult task, but in the best of ways. The flight of whiskeys was a great option in the meantime and it let me take my time picking a cocktail or two while I decided which of the whiskeys was my favorite (the Pre-prohibition Whiskey was a close second to the Cask Strength Bourbon . We also had the pleasure of getting complimentary tasting of a Loganberry gin that had a lot of potential.All in all, this is a great place to relax and have a drink. I wouldn 't mind seeing some regional expansion (within reason , but there 's always a risk of losing the magic with that approach. This place is a great entry in the growing list of WNY distilleries."

"Bar tender was amazing and very great sense of knowledge After 10pm gets super crowed and people dont understand to stay away from the pool table when there a game. Had to repeatly ask the same chick to step away from the table so I can play NY match. Also after my match same girl was in thr bathroom with a guy meaning any one can go in any bathroom."
