"The old town of st. malo, within the fortification walls, is with many restaurant options expansiw. we found this in a small, quieter place in front of a main pedestrian lane. the tables are located outside a brand on a short wooden platform. service was friendly, professional and helpful. dinner in this night was pizze pain et ausage et käseburger bien cuit. pizza was excellent with fresh gluteny teig and cheese. French pommes were particularly good. we liked it so much that we were eating there for the next three nights. service was wonderful and so was the pizza."

"We needed a break from the tourist in the old st. malo and found this small bar and restaurant, right at the rue de dinan rue broussais (the main roads when they get through the south gate). Irish beer including guinness and fortunately some beautiful French weine. after a cozy hour or so we have refreshed our journey properly."

"We had bark steak, tiramisu and minze tee. all very, very beautiful. the decisive drawing factor for us would be the enthusiastic service French waiter, which offers helpful clearings for our asking on the menu, even showing us the different types of meat cuts if we have not understood! he was also pleased to share more about lille, who was very nice for us, as foreigners. his dramatic expressions certainly had the attention of my teenager. he also showed us around the place seemed big enough to provide at least diners. the deco in the upper floor is also very charming. we did not make a reservation, but we decided to have a late lunch. would be going back next time in lille!"

"One of the most beautiful places we ate. friendly, unpretentious and especially delicious food, with fresh ingredients and cooked with great skill. the meat is boiled on a wood carving grill and is of excellent quality. the menu is a cross between traditional and modern French cuisine and every dish we had was excellent. children are well looked after and everything in all we had the best meal of our trip to France."

"I don't really need it anymore, the title says everything. this place is the essence of a tourist trap high prices for medium food. I went for most classics and the simplest seashells with Fön-Fries.... for the first time in my huge experience it did not come into a pot, but on a plate! the amount was twice as low as you would have expected, and even the quality was so and so, although I find it difficult to make a so simple recipe wrong and the price was higher than they pay elsewhere for better quality. dessert was good, but could not compensate for the main meal. ps. and it was really hot inside, and no wind to cool you off. when I entered the direct sun from the restaurant, I felt refreshed. another reason not to quote here when ut is hot outside. in the inner it gets even hotter."
