"The customer service here is so atrocious. The bartenders were really sweet to me. There’s a young African American girl who always checks on me when I’m there and makes me feel welcome.But the management is unbelievably RUDE! I’ve been here a few times by myself or with friends and the owners get drunk and act disrespectful to the staff. I was talking to a bartender, I think he name is Bolivia, she was telling me about the membership and this older Caucasian woman went to her and said something so nasty and rude. I couldn’t believe it. I decided I didn’t want the membership any more and I told that girl to quit!!"

"As a Sanford local this place is a dream. Some weekends we don't want to get out of our PJs and this place brings a little bit of Sanford to the home kitchen. Among a wide variety of goods their deli section is always fresh and has kind, knowledgable, and attentive staff. The place doesn't come off stuffy My personal goto items are a fresh pretzel, obatzda, Bavarian fresh sliced salami. Pick up a delicious cold German beer (or 4) and enjoy a taste of German goods at home. They also offer picnic tables outside if you need a snack and stop off in between your sanfording."
