"It's hard to get vegan options in the countryside in Devon. Most places rarely provide one option. I don't normally rate places with options but this I would absolutely recommend. The chef and staff seemed very keen on supporting vegans. They kept coming back and talking to me about the food and how to improve it. They have a few options on the menu and a vegan option for Sunday, including yorkshire puddings and gravy. I was so impressed I'll be sure to go back and would highly recommend them to vegans. "It was very busy when we arrived and most of the tables were occupied. one of the waitress cleaned the only empty table for us, as we sat down. at the order I could see that the work areas behind the theke were very clean, even if everyone started to go, the waitress was clear and wiping down each table. very impressed by the cleanliness of this place on this day and credit goes to the waitress that this (5/10/21)"
