"I go to chipotle once a week, have for years. Not anymore. Found a giant long brown hair in my quesadilla, I bit into it and the hair was in my mouth and still melted to the cheese in the quesadilla, so disgusting. Contacted customer service and they asked for the receipt info, never heard back till I emailed them 3 weeks later and asked if it was going to be resolved? They quickly responded and gave me a free entree that expired in 2 days, then we got the big snow/ice storm so I was never able to use it. Worst customer service and employees who just don't care. They're constantly out of stuff too."

"I don't eat any many places but Chipotle is the best! Vegan options and a very friendly helpful staff! Thank you for everything you do every day, it's appreciated! My favorite restaurant is Chipotle Mexican Grill on the UO campus. The staff there are friendly and I always get my order fast. “A burrito with pinto beans and brown rice please” Simple, and cheap $2.20). Yup. And it’s delicious. So many yummy spices, one time I bit into a bay leaf LOL! I eat there everyday, ordering a burrito at 11:57am before work starts at noon. Speedy."

"This is another amazing place to eat. It offers a wonderful unique taste and offers excellent customer service. You can taste the fresh ingredients they use. I can taste the ingredients I choose clearly. The meat was not boiled or dry. I've eaten at many Burrito shops and they've surpassed them so far. In addition, today they have strengthened my impression of superior customer service. I ordered online and inadvertently ordered in the wrong place. I think they saw that I was frustrated. Honestly, not with them. I was frustrated with myself. That gave me a free burrito. It has completely changed and humiliated me. Your compassion show changes the rough of my day. I'll be back here soon!"

"I went to Chapala 's before work one afternoon with my mom and husband. I ended up so sick at work, I almost went home. I threw what I took home away, afraid to eat it again. My mom threw up multiple times that evening and was also very sick. I ordered fajitas, which were not worth what we paid for them, especially on the lunch menu. I never got the second bowl of salsa that I asked for, or soda. It was like they seated us, and then we ceased to exist. They brought the food, and our waiter smiled and nodded at everything we asked for, i.e. soda, salsa and some extra napkins. We never saw any of it, and he brought the check half way through the meal, with the pushy attitude that said get out, now! My husband thinks their food is good, but I refuse to eat there ever again after that. It almost cost me half a day 's worth of work due to getting sick from it. The food was extremely greasy, my fajitas were swimming in it. It was not an experience I care to repeat."

"My family eats food at or from El Charro's Springfield location regularly and we all love it. We are vegetarian so we can't speak for the meat, but they do have an entire vegetarian section in their menu, which is awesome. Due to my ordering habits, I haven't actually looked at the menu in a while, but from my experience El Charro has one of the best vegetarian selections for Mexican restaurants in the area. And the food is great! Also, we had a family member that had a temporary allergy to dairy (weird, I know) and they were able to work around that and make their favorite dish without dairy. I highly recommend this place!"
