"One of the girls didn’t understand when I said I want one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and one scoop of another ice cream in one cone. She asked if I wanted 3 scoops in one cone, my dad proceeded to explain I wanted one scoop of the vanilla version of moose tracks and the other flavor in one cone. She said okay and told the girl in the back one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and the other flavor in separate cones. Huh??????? As she’s ringing us up she realizes. All good. Also she gave my dad butter pecan when he said praline pecan. He’s also very loud. A girl also gave attitude in the back and it just made me think of how this place has gone downhill since coach only hires his girlies."

"Decent aromen and selection. tastes pretty good. but much too expensive. the children filled their cups and because it goes through weight, it was only under $11 for each cup. I could see that it was $4-5 per, but spending just $45 for 3 tassen is crazy! Thanks to I didn't get one for me because I had only $50. I should have washed the tellers to pay for mine!"

"I've been trying to get a hold of them for a week for a communion party. I've called numerous times and filled out the form online. Very bad customer service that no one has gotten back to me when on the form it says someone call give me a call within 24 hours. Looks like we'll take our business elsewhere. I shouldn't have to call this many times and with no returned call till now."

"I ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriends bday. They really made it with love. I got vanilla ice cream, yellow cake with oreo, chocolate chip cookie dough, brownie and the fudge gnoche. Probabaly the best cake I've ever had in my life, my boyfriend says the same!! So yummy!"
