"We are so disappointed, we all came when the time. service was earlier a problem, but that was that it was so full of time because of the great food, good atmosphere and good prices. Unfortunately, the...pandemic has said it has turned for the worse n several. the service is not existent, and the non existent service is hostile. eating is still reasonable, pizzas are good, pastas tend to be dried in creamy soße carbonara and spaghetti with 4 cheeses. the prices are still appropriate. we will not go back. tequisquiapan has exploded with new restaurants, with a far higher standard. very disappointed that caterins have not managed to maintain."

"Probably tonight was my last attempt at la Quercia.... I have been coming here for the last years and although the food is very good.... there is always something they do not have....they always miss something.... tonight it was the wine ... again..., They...have a serious issue with their procurement or purchasing function ... So if you have an important meeting with client.... better to take them to a more stable and consistent place... Also.... I am tired to get the manual filled in checks.... does not look “serious” and formal in an expense account.... I won’t even talk about the printing of “la factura fiscal”... you will go nuts hearing my story.... Too bad.... food is good.., But service and attention is quite important too!"

"Hemos sido clientes de este restaurante durante varios años y siempre nos ha parecido muy buen lugar.Tiene un área cerrada y también una terraza, con una muy agradable decoración. El servicio de su dueña Carmen y su personal es excelente. En nuestra última visita nos sorprendieron con nuevos platillos. Muy recomendable su pasta con mariscos en salsa de almendras y también son muy buenos la lasagna, los ravioles rellenos de espinacas y requesón en salsa de 4 quesos, las ensaladas y la pizza contadina. Aunque no es muy barato, la relación calidad precio y tamaño de las porciones es muy buena. Recomendable para una buena comida y siempre volver."
