"We are officially done ordering from Cafe Rio traditionally one of our favorite restaurants. Our orders are consistently botched. Last night I paid over $30 for a burrito that was supposed to have extra/double the meat it came with NO MEAT. My tortilla soup was half its normal size and there was no chicken, no cheese, no typical condiments. Simply done with this location."

"I was really disappointed with the restaurant, service and food. I have always loved coming here when I am visiting family, but today was a terrible experience. To begin the inside of restaurant was dirty. There was soda all over the counter with trash laying around. There was fry sauce and ketchup all around that station. The floor was sticky from I dont know what and trash. I was given a number tent to take to my table, but yet had to get called to the counter for my food. Then when I got my food, the hamburger patty was burnt. At the same time the staff was playing around behind the counter. Some of the actions were greatly inappropriate. During future visits I will not return to this restaurant. Such a disappointment."
