"I am an Honors Member who checked in Saturday June 17, 2023 for a leisurely stay. I had gone up to the room to put my bag down and inspected the bed to find strands of hair in the bed. I notified the front desk of this by requesting the sheets to be charged. I was informed I had to change the sheets myself, doing the job of house keeping which should’ve been taken care of before check-in. I couldn’t get any food or a drink from the bar because the bartender and kitchen closed the at 730 and wasn’t accepting anymore customers because the bartender had an family emergency. So, I had to leave the hotel again to go get something to eat. I emailed management of this issues and sent photos of the bed and wanted to be compensated for the inconvenience of services, especially the cleanliness since Hilton rest assures us as members and customers that we don’t have to worry about there sanitation process and procedures. And management did not respond to me."

"Eating was fresh and tasty, but it took a little longer than expected to prepare it. it was late in the night when I took my children there, so naturally everything was made fresh when they were there for dinner!"

"Initially pulled up to order by phone workers wouldn’t answer. Went inside it took 10mins to get acknowledged then Valerie has a very unpleasant demeanor. If you are working in customer service it’s key that you have a generally pleasant attitude when working with the public. Hopefully that negativity doesn’t transfer over to the food."
