"Honestly, I was so incredibly disappointed with the food here. I was excited, and had decent expectations based on the ratings but the food just was okay at best.Me and my partner waited 30 minutes for two burgers, onion rings and a poutine (they brought out one burger rings after about 15 minutes or so) and when the rest of the food finally came, the poutine wasn't even hot...The staff did not hesitate to send it back, but I couldn't help but feel cheated- it does NOT take 30 minutes for burgers, rings and a poutine. Unfortunately when we got the new poutine, it just was not good... They used shredded cheese, not curds, the gravy was not flavorful at all, and very runny.I wanted to justify the poor quality, giving them the benefit of the doubt if they were understaffed, but you could very loudly hear whoever was working in the back was having a great time whatever they were doing.The burger was okay, nothing really to write home about. I see lots of positive reviews about their pizza and wings, if I ever come back I'll give those a try instead."

"A really good place to have Indian/Pakistan food. The dishes are really tasty.I prefer going here at night for the cozy feel. The food is also reasonably priced. The staffs are really friendly and caring. Especially my sever for the day isha who was really welcoming with a smile, she took time to take me through the menu and asked me what I felt like eating for the day and suggested me dishes accordingly."

"Most Indian buffet places have a section of vegetarian materials, but this is completely veggie, so it makes easy to choose. large aromen, many different curries, samosas, naan natural, sometimes biryani come here always when I am in the opposite."

"They serve lagerbought pies heated in a microwave (they do not even have trouble removing it from a foil bowl). The Nuggets are clearly business-bought Gardein Nuggets, which we regularly eat at home, served with a $2 Walmart chilli sauce... We didn't even eat here and went to A"

"Just osum.. my body was missing a good beef burger since i moved to canada..last time i tried burger factory was in Pakistan, karachi.. taste is totally same.. 100% must try if somebody have not tried this place specially people from Pakistan who already knows this burger joint.."

"First time stopping in, the atmosphere was really pleasant and service was fast. We were seated with a few empty tables between each customer so there was lots of distance. The menu had a lot of variety and the combination plates were a really good option if you don't know what to choose and want a great value."
