"I want to know how this chipotle is still open? Check the test reports if you don't believe me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was here many times strict from convenience (5 minutes walk, 1 minute drive from my house) and not a single time my experience was good. If I order online?s never right. You need to go personally to make sure that the order is correct. But half the time you go personally, either closed earlier than your posted hours, right? Online orders only?. If there's only good luck online it gets at your pickup time, it's always so far over late. Let us talk about food quality? if they run low on something they won?t go more to give you a normal part they simply skip. The guacamole has a half avocado in there not smeared because it is hard and immature and is not able to be smeared. It's unusable. The chips are either undercooked and muddy or completely old and stale. The last and worst of this chipotle is the staff???? They hate their customers and their jobs and make it known. You? ve yelled before the customers, was rude to the people in the line around me and me. Every time I was here, the staff has a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills. How do you? just to worry about them being there, what is crazy considering that customers are the reason why they have jobs. If you drive the additional 5 minutes to lynnhaven Chipotle, do it."

"We came in because we were in the area. The chicken Mexican pizza was delicious. Chips were fresh and tasty. I eat the white sauce, a little spicy but awesome."
