"First their speaker box is difficult to speak and hear through. The girl running the drive thru got rude when I spoke louder since she kept asking for me to repeat myself. Then when I repeat myself, she thinks I?m ordering a second meal. Halfway throughmy order, she cuts me off and says ok, 13.60 is your total pull forward. After pulling forward, I tell her we didn?t completethe order, she catches an attitude and says we?ll you kept repeating yourself. Instead of arguing with her, we decided to visitanother restaurant with better customer service. If you know your speakers aren?t as clear as other places, be mindful beforecatching an attitude. Customer service isn?t a thing anymore I guess."
