"Something needs to be done about this particular establishment. There was an order placed online and I called to request my wings be ran thru twice to prevent them from being undercooked as they normally are. Spoke to a gentleman who advised he was newand recieves complaints all the time for soggy wings. He says he was told the the corporate (i specifically asked are you afranchise or corporate location) put a stop to it. I responded saying so the company would rather have complaints aboutundercooked food rather than atleast extending the timeframe in which the wings will be prepared. He stated the time has notchanged. I took it upon myself to call several other locations and was told they could do it. I believe the managment here madethat decision due to lack of time management as well as poor judgement for customer concerns. This placed should be dealt withaccordingly something has too change. How many complaints will it take? Lets not talk about the manager . I called back toadvise to cancel that order i will go to another location and she was beyond rude and said she will report that no one isfollwing rules. She never once attempted to help or resolve the issue at hand. She doesnt care if customers dont come thereshe still gets a check. Its sad for a company to be represented in such manner."

"If you come to dinner, pick up. Hot and finished pizzas, 15 minutes. Then wait in the lobby and listen to the girl running register going to blow up the back as loud as anyone can hear how people just come.. thought that would be what a business would want on a Friday night? I'll order pizza hut."
