"Really cool ramen bar. It?s a multilevel, long building that lures you in as a customer. The atmosphere here is crisp black on wood with intentional lighting. Plenty of seating, both at the bars and plenty of tables for larger parties. Overall, just cool. The drink lists and food options are pretty solid. Highly recommend to start off with the Okinawan Punch (rum punch with a twist) and the creamy tempura shrimp. Both were excellent. As for the ramen bowls, staff will tell you there?s no best bowl. And after a couple visits, I agree. Each of the ones I tried were tasty and very generous in portion. All the way around, a good spot."

"Not gonna lie. I was skeptical about getting ramen to go but it was late and I had a craving. I’m glad I got it from Ramen by Uzu. The broth has a great flavor and you can put in the fixings you so desire. The noodles and broth came in separate containers and there were even instructions for reheating. I couldn’t select the option for eggless noodles online but I made a note in the comments and they gave me the right ones! I would definitely order from here again. It may be “to go” but is restaurant quality."

"The food was great. I ordered grilled chicken ramen and salmon skewers. Everything was well seasoned and fresh. The service was pretty quick, but I went during a sweet spot between peak lunch and dinner time. The ambience felt okay too. They have pretty nice decor and it has a big open dining area. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the mood for ramen. Please keep the prices the same! I appreciate the affordability so much!"
