"After enjoying sometime with family on the watford big skate ice rink we stopped in here for a hot chocolate. We had just over half an hour before closing time. We order straight away as we knew what we all wanted. The staff seemed in a rush to get home and got our order wrong, we were then given take away cups because they didn’t want to wash us again. We were not the only customers in there. The floor under our table was disgusting, maybe they should be cleaning during the day too. We purchased a biscuit for our son sat down then was called up again as the transaction hadn’t worked. Then we were asked to leave ten minutes before closing. I’m sure that the staff must be paid at least ten minutes after the shop closes to lock up. I understand it was late but that doesn’t mean the service should differ."
