"We stayed 3 nights and everything was fine until the 3 rd. night they had a benefit concert outside our window ! I called down to ask about the loud band playing and was told it would last until 11 pm that night ! I said we need our rest we are elderly and are travelling 7 hours early in the morning , I turned on the tv to try and drowned out the band but that didn't work so I called back to the front desk and said can you move us ! I was told they would move us down the hall . I asked if we could just leave our things in the noisy room till morning because we were there 2 previous nights and had everything ready for the morning rather than throw it all together and be in total disarray in the morning , I was told NO they had to sell that room tonight !! mind you this is already 8:30pm !!! no one is going to come clean that room at that hour on a Sunday night !! so we moved and were very upset and didn't sleep well at all ! We got up and tried to find our things but had a hard time doing so because of the night move we had to do ! So I was told the front desk manager would be in at 8 AM so we waited to speak with her but when 8 AM came around we were told she wouldn't be in today !! So I asked that she call me to a second check in person and was told ok I will ! I never received a call and called back twice leaving messages to the assistant general manager Lynn and still to this day have not received a call back from anyone at the hotel and I cannot believe the lack of concern we received for our inconvenience with out an apology or a return call !! they must figure they don't have to answer complaints ! I have never been treated so disrespected at a hotel and you would think the general manager would get to the bottom of this and call a customer to resolve the problem and resolve the complaint !! Some one needs to do something about this !!"
