"I simply cannot rate Sushi Ya Garden City highly enough. We live in Delaware and it is our favorite sushi place because nothing in Delaware measures up. Kelly and Eric the owners are fantastic, and everything they make is devine. The quality and selection of sushi and sashimi is outstanding. The little touches like fresh wasabi (as opposed to the usual little green ball) are excellent. The pineapple fried rice served in a half pineapple shell are to die for. Hibachi is available. Simply in ambiance, service, and quality there is simply no place that is better. Give yourself a treat and spend some time here.Parking: There is a lot behind the restaurant."

"Easy to see right off of Westbury Avenue servicing Carle Place and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. This is a family owned Traditional Japanese restaurant. Asian Patrons which is always a good sign. I'd recommend letting the owner choose the meal for you. Plenty of locals and repeat customers. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back."

"Excellent sushi in a casual but elegant atmosphere. I ordered the spicy tuna Naruto roll (not on the menu) and the roslyn roll. Both were fresh and delicious."

"KinHa is not an ordinary sushi restaurant. This is a family and we, as customers are always treated like family. The food is excellent, always beautifully served, classy and always beyond great. I’ve been a fan for many years (before the new location) and even more now. During the pandemic, Paula and her staff always provided food for me and my staff when we most needed it. They always go out of their way to make sure that every time I come here or call for delivery, my experience is better than before. As always, i thank them for always taking care of me, my family and friends."
