"Jantar Mantar is a hidden gem near Carter Road, serving mughlai and north Indian food, we ordered the chicken Tikka Khada Masala for the carnivores and paneer Tikka Khada masala for the vegetarians and the huge butter naans which they serve with it. The owner of place is very generous and suggested us his best dishes and the food was quite delicious, we also ordered butter chicken biryani and a mushroom slider with it. Slider was stuffed with adequate mushroom gravy and it was sumptuous. A must when you are in Bandra or around Carter Road."

"So I visited on a Sunday. Maybe that was the reason why I had been served the left overs from Saturday night, I tried to justify why I was given unpleasant food. There shouldn’t be any reason I guess. Considering it’s £19.99 for the meal I would have expected dessert with the price also. Service: awkward when you have to make convo with the waiter to feel welcomed Food: probably would have been nice, if it was fresh, unfortunately we were severed old food. And cold, Rice and pasta was hard, meat was reheated and it was obvious as it had a hard layer and white bubbles. I’m no cheff but I hope I am wrong and they over cooked the food because that is unfair to serve old food. Cleanliness: it was a clean place, no complaints Favourite part: I enjoyed my soft drinks at the restaurant Is it worth £19.99?: No, specially in tooting there are a lot of restaurants. Me and my family could have eaten else where. Not trying to pick on the waiter, he could have smiled a little more and not slam the food on my plate. He was talking to other customers about it being a busy week. I hope that’s not why they had there hair down on the Sunday... I’m sure they can really be great and a wonderful place If they appreciate we are here as customers and spending a lot of money."
