"I ordered a cake for my mother’s 80th birthday and it turned out absolutely gorgeous; it really exceeded our expectations! The flavor of both the guava filling and almond cake was an absolutely delicious combination. Every single guest at the party raved about how incredible it was (and mentioned how much better it was than their own wedding cakes! . "Stopped in close to closing time to snag a cake for my MIL's birthday yesterday. I'm tired of the same old crusty, over priced cakes from Rick's, and this little quaint shop was such a nice surprise! I got a dozen petit fours for $11 and they had a variety of flavors, not just the standard vanilla and chocolate. My MIL LOVED the Lemon! I picked out the Carmel-topped cream cheese chocolate cake for $20, it was awesome and so beautiful! The cashier asked if she could have anything written on the cake for me- and the penmanship was beautiful. My daughter saw the crystal cake and now that's on her wishlist for her 13th birthday. I'll only be coming to y'all from here on out! Oh, and my gf told me this is a nut-free bakery- which just makes me so happy. Her daughter has a deathly nut allergy and she was raving about Shelby Lynn's because of their practices. That means more to so many fearful parents than yall could ever fathom. <3 keep up the fantastic work!"
