Von's 1000 Spirits - Seattle

We came in a mood during lunch. We only ordered the Calamari and Mediterranean vegan pasta. Both amazing and highly recommended. I usually don't like red sauce pasta sauce, but the olives really have increased the pasta. Very recommend this place and the service was great!

The best sourdough pizza and pasta I've had for a long time. I visited a family member on First Avenue, and because the area was full and there was no online order at the time, I decided to order at the reception and take it home 2 minutes away). It was delicious. I am vegetarian, and there were only about four options for me including vegans. I tried three, and they were all fantastic. The portion sizes were generous for someone from abroad, where a pizza hut or Dominos large pizza is half-sized.

The pictures of the bar were enough to show my interest in this being the first restaurant stop during our trip, but I would return for the food. Every day. The sour pasta is delicious, and the Bramble (a blackberry, lemon and gin cocktail) could be one of the best drinks I had this year. Smooth and tasty, but not overwhelming. I recommend it not only for its menu, but for its atmosphere and wait staff. All three were amazing. Perfect place to go for our first night in town!

I fell in love with this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar and let the mixologist make some wonderful drinks. They were phenomenal to say the least. The food was great. They make their pasta on site. The dishes we had were great. The price level is correct. We will definitely be back when we are on this side of the country. Very recommended!!!

We were on a week long business trip in Seattle and this was the best food/drinks/experience we had!! We were able to sit at the bar right away and got fast service. The drinks were creative and delicious. Our food came out at lightening speed. The bartender was very friendly and had great suggestions of places to visit. Other locals in the bar were also very friendly. A very welcoming, tasty, fun environment. If I am ever back in Seattle this will be where I head!
