Waited for 20 minutes to get the wrong food. They do the tactic where they have you pull up then drive backwards to make it look like you’re in and out. Desperately needs better management or employees that at least care a little bit. View all feedback.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!. Make sure you check your order because your sandwich and all four straws may be missing like what happened to me today. Even more, it was my daughter 's sandwich that was the only non-spicy one, so I can 't give her any of theother three that were spicy. I didn 't check the order when I was there because I 'll NEVER imagine to miss a whole sandwich fromthe order.... all the straws were missing too, but this happened to me before as well. When I called and asked them to deliverto me the missing sandwich because my daughter was starving, they told me that they don 't deliver to my location which is a liebecause I order from home before and they delivered it. I 've been nothing but a great customer to them delivering from theirapp, but after today, I 'll think twice if I want to order again. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IF YOU HAVE ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER BEFOREYOU LEAVE THE CHICK-FIL-A!!!!"
