Stopped off enroute as needed a 'comfort break '. Eventually found the entrance and greeted by a friendly smiley lady at the counter. Ordered our drinks and sausage sandwiches and asked to use the toilet. Advised these were locked and a man also behind the counter confirmed it needed a key to open which kind of made us feel awkward.
