El Toro - Speyer

What User likes about El Toro:
It's a small tapas place, but it has a cozy & romantic atmosphere and I love the tapas there. It can get fairly pricey if you love to eat (and I sure do! lol), but the variety is yummy and your garlic breath will melt peoples faces off after you're done. :D This is usual special occasion place for my wife and I when our son has a sitter. What User doesn't like about El Toro:
we were on 13.5.17 four in el toro. as always, the tapas were very good, big lob to the kitchen team, but the service was unfriendly and very hectic. how can it be that the service at full stube leaves the room apparently for calling or smoking and only after 15 min returns a weeping order unfriendly takes up and then the full bottle bangs into the cooler without having to catch up.
