What a surprise. Brian, who wears a label operator (not manager) is certainly exactly that. His greeting on arrival is commendable, but wait... this is not the most impressive. We were a fairly large group, and everyone with their own taste, did not order a breakfast according to standard. Brian did all this without writing a bit on paper, and they delivered accordingly.
