When read the reviews I was stunned. I read a few Karen's and Brandon's lame excuses on their orders. Yo, go back around and ask them to remake it, and they will. I've never had a bad experience with this particular Dunkin. You guys are the best. I'm from Massachusetts, and there's a Dunkin on every other block. What Kelly Thomas doesn't like about Dunkin':
Ordered 4 coffees and 4 donuts on the app. When I got to the store, they had none of the donuts we ordered (were out by noon apparently) so I asked for a refund of our donut purchase price. I was told no, they couldn't do that. I asked for a gift card for the purchase price of the donuts. I again was told no.
