I wish they had more non-vegan options on the menu, but the vegan dish they offer is quite delicious. Despite being skeptical of using corn as an ingredient, I found it to be surprisingly tasty. They accept cash, provide reusable chopsticks, and promote transparency by encouraging customers to ask about allergies and the sources of their food. I appreciate their dedication to transparency!
