an empty banquet hall with an old atmosphere. the waiters are very well tempered. proud of the institution in which they work. the kitchen is really poor. You know, if you put a boiled potato on a dish nice, it will still only remain a kartoffel. but in an empty room you can meet regularly who know the menu and the waiter of the hearts. restaurant for its public. not mine. cheap and not tasty.
