Contribute Feedback What Sarah Taylor likes about Costco Food Court:
There was something, off, about this location. I got asked to see my Costco Card, when entering the exit (to go to the Cafe, though I AM a member). And I got cardded again BEFORE entering the checkout lanes. View all feedback.
What Caleb R doesn't like about Costco Food Court:
Food court is horrible. Waited an hour for 3 pizzas. When I finally asked they just gave me 3 pizzas that just came out. Person who was 75 tickets in front or me got their 2 pizzas before me. Basic math. Horrible experience View all feedback.
Freida and the rest of the Costco staff here is awful. Such a train wreck. They're are some of the most unfriendly and racist people I've seen so far in AZ
I'm beginning to hate trying to fill up with gas here. It's always either updating...won't take the Costco card or won't allow us to use our debit card. You need to get NEW READERS on your pumps.
We went here yesterday afternoon to buy whole chicken to feed 90 people. So first we went to the Membership counter just to ask to whom we can talk to about getting 16 whole chickens and the man in the counter with name tag George said to my husband End of line! So my husband went straight to the Roasting area. I waited in line in the membership area to ask the very helpful woman who told me to go and asked the managers or supervisors that are wearing red vest. I went up to them and asked if we can buy 16 roasted chickens and pick up before they close. Nick Manager or Supervisor said he would go to the Rotisserie and check. He came back and said I am sorry, we 're sold out! That was 4:00pm. I told my husband and my husband said how could they be sold out when the 3 ovens are full of chickens being roasted? Because of the unfriendliness and lack of willingness to even listen to what our situation was, how can you call what they do customer service? I 've never had a manager lie to me when it was so obvious that it was not true. In my opinion, these people shouldn 't have access to customer service situations. Incredible is the only word I can use to describe the lack of courtesy and professionalism that was exhibited by these so called managers. I feel sorry for the employees that have to report to them. If it was my call, these people would be on the street in a heartbeat. BTW, we we 're trying to buy food for 90 kids from the Philippines that were here for a competition. Most of them do not have financial support, so the meals we (and others) are providing, is the only food they have while they are here. Taking matters into our own hands, because a plain no is the answer of small-minded people, we walked out with what we needed for the kids. Absolutely no thanks to the managers at this Costco. This is the last time I will ever set foot in that particular location again. Thanks for nothing.
