Jimmy John's - Troy

The service is terrible. the employees look at them while they order food/record. they are profane to each other. one of the young wore flip flops and made my sandwich. I was so disgusting. I have gone to this jimmy john’s for about a year, hoping that it was just a bad day every time. employees are rude, unobstructed conditions, and the environment is hostile and loaded with profanity. unprofessional and disgusting.

Note that their hours have been updated to m sat 10:30 am 5 pm. I found out that after I put an order online, where I was hit by a closed door and a paper sign on the door. I don't care what their hours are. Make it 10:30. that's not my concern. However, if they change their hours, they must do at least three things.1) update their hours on google2) they update their hours on their website3) close their online order when their business is closed they make their customers a fallen and take them the 10 minutes to take care of this dinge, please thank you.

Never trust the location at the 6842 rochester road in troy. hours are never correct, no matter when they come during the day. 17:48 and they are already closed. what it says they are open until 7:00.

Rude employees. no sign of a change of hours and staff very crispy about the number of sandwiches that could be made at the conclusion. eating was delicious, but there is no need to be rude when both the JJ website google says a thing and there are no hours on the door.

Never open. Always out of supplies (even just Turkey?)Half the time you show up the door will be locked at 2pm.
