I visited the business at the 7th avenue at the university of alabama I must say that the sandwich was made fast and it was done right and the workers were very polite when I was asked when I was back to jimmy john’s I will let him know that jimmy john’s is the best sub-shop to ever visit View all feedback.

Everything was great, except for the speed of service. We had to wait 15 minutes just to be told that they were out of broth, and it would be another 30 minutes before it was available. How does Jimmy John's run out of broth? View all feedback.
Poor service. They didn't act like they care about their customers. Bread was hard as a rock.
First off. these are not your hours in the summer and i’m tired of ordering and it saying ordered received and then it not come because y’all aren’t actually open until 3.... so fix that. it’s hard to rate your restaurant with more than 1 star since I never even get a sandwich!! thanks now
Always great people and food. Get the no4. turkey tom with cheese, chips, and a drink with a big cookie!

The service at this restaurant was lacking, with staff seemingly neglecting their customers. The bread was tough and unappetizing.
