"We stayed at this hotel on 08/11/2023 for one night. For a two-room suite they paid 4850 rubles. The building with new rooms, it can be seen that it was built quite recently, the furniture is all new, the room is clean, there is a TV, towels, soap, many different shelves, bedside tables. There was no air conditioning or refrigerator. It was not hot outside, so an open window was enough, a refrigerator and a freezer were kindly provided to us by the staff in the building where the cafe is. With everything new and newly built, I was surprised by the dead plumbing: the shower head is leaking, the drain is clogged, and the water in the shower does not go out for about 10 minutes. Because of the listed disadvantages, I consider the price for the room too high! The administrator, she is also a bartender and a cashier, she is not boorish there, but completely tired. The hotel is clearly understaffed! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"
