"On a large square in the shade of the plane trees, a very beautiful ancient fountain, and a large terrace where we dine, pleasant tamized light and an excellent meal, plancha to share, ravioli to truffles, linguini to palourdes, chocolate mousse and meringue lemon pie, the whole family has regaled, at a correct pace and in addition they take holiday checks! The service was also impeccable, listen to servers and pleasant. Excellent experience!"

"The reception and service are very pleasant.Mis except that, we were disappointed. the passage of the road (incessant). the dishes are correct but nothing really typical or that comes out of the ordinary (viande and fries). desserts are disappointing, very simple. Once again, the service is excellent on the other hand!"

"Having walked past this restaurant on our last 3 visits we finally booked for our last night in Uzes this year. We loved it instantly. Beautiful courtyard setting to have dinner in. Our food was lovely so I would recommend as long as you don't...have young children. The option was chicken nuggets. Not usually too much of an issue, if you go to Oh la vache they are lovely but not here. They were the cheapest frozen nuggets available. They did not resemble chicken. We did complain and the waitress gave us an extra scoop of ice cream!! Not really satisfactory. I mentioned it to the owner when I paid as they cost about 8 euros! His response was that they don't sell that many so can't make them fresh. Poor excuse I think but even so, buy decent quality ones. The other suggestion was to order from the adult's menu. I thought this was a great idea and therefore asked if you could do that but a smaller portion. Errr no, 2 kids could share it. Great but we have 1 child, do you suggest we drag another one off the street? Very poor really. It seems quite a few restaurants in France don't really cater for children I.e. smaller portions of the adult menu not just nuggets or steak hache! Not all, we went to Au comptoir du 7 and Ten where they did see children as customers too. Go there if you have children, don't come here!"
