This restaurant serves food from El Salvador and offers the best Spanish cuisine in Valley Stream. It is very affordable and provides good service. For lunch, I ordered the chicken soup which was filled with plenty of chicken and well prepared. I also got Carnitas tacos on the side, which were delicious and flavorful. The restaurant is family-oriented and has a parking lot located on the side of the building. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Perla De Oriente:
I visited this restaurant for the Pupusas and was not impressed. They were overly thick with hardly any filling inside, resembling more bread than a traditional pupusa. I was disappointed, especially since the reviews had been positive. To make matters worse, this was my friend's first time trying pupusas and the experience at this place was not a good introduction for him. View all feedback.
The food was delicious, customer service excellent also the supplier was very accommodating!!
I love the pupusas from here. I just feel that this restaurant need a little upgrade. It looks a bit old.
