we were woven before the first bite. the presentation of each course was fascinating. the basilikum calamari was a first, but hopefully not our last! my goodness jealousy that comb these aromes. the team delivered hummer thermidor for our main course. that is too good to share. the most tender meat I have experienced has to do with the right quantity of cheese. highly recommended!
