So rocked up for our 1230 booking for our pre booked tasting. Was rudely told that we were due at 12 noon and that there was another 1230. No apology, no consideration just can't do it. We even had an email confirmation but we're kicked out. Clearly they double booked. Disappointing attitude and service - such a let down. For a 5* venue this is unacceptable from the staff.
