my family loves steak n shake. eating and service is very much time. we like our burgers a little less crispy than they tend to make them, so we ask them to make our burgers, less done and less crispy. As long as they tell them what they want, they will do it so. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
no good experience. I wanted to order an order. I got a shaker, philly burger and pommes. he got the shake in 2 minutes, but eating took 20 minutes. the whip cream on the shake was a melted chaos. I came to the house and had old pommes and a phillyburger without wobble and no green paprika. they forgot. the brot was barely grilled so it was only fat everywhere. not happy.
